Portrait ordering step by step & prices

I like to help people to express and present themselves with my portraits in a way that hasn’t been done before. I would paint people’s souls and feelings. You will get a custom artistic portrait that you will receive as a treasure for the rest of your life. I want my clients to feel their uniqueness and power in their personality. Do you want to be an Jungle queen, movie star, farmgirl or angel with a special inspiring message? Do you want to be painted as self-contained Frida Kahlo?  I’m a graphic artist who paints digitali limited edition art. I graduated at MOME, Hungarian Academy of Applied ART &Design. Painting, drawing both traditional and digitaly on a professional tablet. The artworks I provide are original and of high quality art prints. All the prints are signed and embossed with Sylvia Varga’s signature stamp.

 I work on your project using the following the steps below

• 1, PHOTO & STYLE – Send 2-3 Photos- with a clearly visible character – please do not send a blurred photo. Choose the style OR write me in the email, what you want your portrait to look like but more importantly FEEL like.
• 2, Concept & offer – I will send you my offer in an email, about how we create a concept of portrait, the type of the original artwork (artprint, digital or framed painting), the price and delivery time.
• 3, Colour Draft – If you confirmed my offer in writing, I will create 2-3 low resolution colour drafts with our agreed concept. If you can choose your favourite draft by answering my draft offer I’ll send you my invoice. Each additional proofreading round has an hourly rate. I can make any changes you need.
• 4, Approval & payment. Along with your draft approval, you need transfer the fee based on my invoice. I need to receive the approval and the fee before submitting the final high resolution portrait art to you.
• 5, Finish & delivery – I will finish the artwork, order the fine art giclee print, plexi painting, or frame as you ordered. Than will send to you the portrait, by a previously agreed delivery method.
• 6, Review and feedback! Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Rachel.

Choose a STYLE of your portrait!

• BOTANIC style portrait: Choose your 1 botanical element, flower from my art (peony,magnolia, buttercup, tulip, hydrangea). Consider, that you want to show your face or upper body completely? or B, to mysteriously present a part of your face our eyes?
• TREND style portrait: Choose from the trendi styles: Jungle, Farm, Angel, Frida?
• STORY style: We can create your movie poster or story! Choose 2 of your favorite memory, place, photo, animal, send me the short headline! It contains your portrait (1 figure or couple) + 2 photo + headline
• FAMILY or Couples portrait: You can choose Botanical, Trend, Story or Essence style of course, but you can add +plus one pearsons fee except the STORY.
• ESSENCE: totaly customised, artistic portrait for you! You can dream big or I can help you to find the essence or uniqueness of your portrait! If you have color preferences or need the final work with a specific written message, please tell me. Also, knowing the purpose of the piece helps me to create the most impactful design. The more you communicate, the more beautiful the final result.
• 20% Advance Payment Only
• Remaining balance to be paid after draft painting approval.
• 100% money back guarantee, – If you are not satisfied with the drafts or with the final artwork, than you send back the original artprint. But I hope it never happens.

In order to protect your personal rights, we do not publish or display any photos, sketches or original images on social media. We do not ask for personal information under any circumstances, only your billing, shipping and mailing address. We only use our work among our references based on the customer’s needs and request.

Commercial use means, that you can use the digital original artwork free on your business site, on leaflet, online or offline business materials. You can use the portrait for commercial use, only if you buy the digital version of the original work, with the name of the artist.
